Our hotel is located in the city center of Ravensburg’s old town and you may always drive directly in front of our house for loading and unloading.

To park your car after loading and unloading (permanently), we have a cooperation with the parking garage P3 (Frauentor), Gartenstraße 5, which is only a 3-minute walk from us. During your stay with us, you will receive a reduced parking fee of 11.00 Euros for 24 hours in this parking garage.

If you would like to take advantage of this offer, we will need your license plate number and the earliest entry time in advance. The parking garage system has license plate recognition and you can enter and exit as often as you like after registering with us. You have free choice of parking space in the parking garage itself.

You pay the invoice amount conveniently with your bill at the hotel.

  • Behind the Konzerthaus, only free of charge after 18.00 h

Your rooms or apartments are your personal home and we do not have an automated daily room cleaning service.

However, we will of course always come to your room on request if you let us know at reception. If you do not inform us, our team will automatically come to clean your room after the 4th night. All services are of course free of charge for you. In our independent rooms and apartments we also do not charge for final cleaning.

  • Check-In: Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Personal check-in Monday to Saturday until 8:00 pm, Sundays and public holidays until 4:00 pm. Reception is staffed Monday - Saturday from 07:00 am - 8:00 pm and on Sundays and public holidays from 08:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Early check-in: If you don't want to wait until 3 pm for your room, book our early check-in for €15.00 and start your vacation from 11:30 am.
  • Early arrival: If you do not wish to make use of our early check-in, or if this is not possible in your booked category, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception during opening hours free of charge.
  • Night arrival: You can also arrive at night at any time. Our check-in machine is available 24 hours a day.
  • Check-Out until 11 am

  • free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (up to 4:00 pm on the “day before”, e.g. Wednesday until 4:00 pm for the planned arrival on Friday)

  • 80% of the confirmed price if canceled later or in case of no-show

  • Exception: For independent rooms and apartments with a stay of 6 nights or more, a free cancellation is only possible up to 8 days (until 4 pm) before arrival. (i.e. booking Monday to Sunday, free cancellation on Monday; for shorter stays in this category, the 2-day conditions apply.
